How do I request a Visa invitation letter?

Please, send an email to aiandmlmeeting@yahoo.com using “VISA” in the subject.

Could I send my preliminary results to have a five-minute/poster presentation?

Yes, you are welcome to present your results in an oral presentation or a poster. Of note, is that the oral presentations depend on availability.

Could I apply for a scholarship?

Yes, you are, whether you are a student, and only for the Conferences Full Pass. Please apply ASAP (before June 15).

Sessions + Training

What is included in the pre-congress training?

Two separate courses regarding Machine Learning. Artificial Neural Networks and Deep Neural Networks (Part 1 from July 9 to 11) and Python for beginners, principles and optimisation of Machine Learning (Part 2 from July 14 to 18). All sessions will be in Spanish

Could I attend only one part of the pre-congress training?

Sure, you are. Please, be confident in choosing your best option. All sessions will be in Spanish.
