Innovations in Plant Metabolic Engineering for Health and Sustainability
June 15 - 20, 2025
Dear colleagues,
I hope this email finds you well.
I’m pleased to invite you and/or interested members of your lab to consider attending the 2025 Gordon Conference on Plant Metabolic Engineering, taking place from June 15–20, 2025, at the Rey Don Jaime Grand Hotel in Castelldefels, Barcelona, Spain. This year’s theme, Innovations in Plant Metabolic Engineering for Health and Sustainability, highlights the critical role of plant sciences and bioengineering in addressing global challenges.
The program will cover a range of key topics, including industrial applications, artificial intelligence integration, plant-microbe interactions, enhanced nutrition, enzyme engineering, climate resilience, drug discovery from plant natural products, and plant-based foods for human health. It’s an excellent opportunity to connect with leading researchers, share new findings, and explore interdisciplinary collaborations.
We’re also hosting the associated Gordon Research Seminar (GRS) on June 14–15, 2025, at the same venue, tailored for graduate students and postdocs. Please consider encouraging your trainees to participate in this valuable event.
We’d be glad to have you and your team join us in Barcelona. If you have any questions or need assistance with participation, feel free to reach out.
Best regards,
Jing-Ke
